Accountability Counsel Submits Joint Letter for the U.S. National Action Plan on Responsible Business Conduct

Accountability Counsel, the Center for International Environmental Law, and Friends of the Earth (US) sent a letter today to Secretary of State John Kerry as part of the development of the U.S. National Action Plan (NAP) on Responsible Business Conduct. Our joint letter responds to the government’s call for comments on how it can better protect human rights from business-related abuses and implement the U.N. Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
