Accountability Counsel Participates in Urgewald Human Rights Conference

Policy Director Kindra Mohr is attending the Urgewald 2015 conference this week on Human Rights and Accountability at Multilateral Financial Institutions in Berlin, Germany. The conference features discussions on why human rights matter in international finance, the importance of strong social and environmental protections in development projects, and the need for robust accountability offices.  Participants include a diverse mix of members from civil society, community leaders, and representatives from multilateral financial institutions and their accountability offices, as well as members of the German Parliament and German development agencies.
