Nadia joined Accountability Counsel as the Global Support Manager on the Global Support Team in 2024.

She is a seasoned operations and project management professional with a strong background in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), executive consulting, and strategic operations.  With over seven years of experience, she has worked closely with senior and top-level executives, board members, and cross-functional teams across nonprofit and advocacy organizations to drive organizational success.

In her previous role at a public health and advocacy non-profit, Nadia managed executive operations and spearheaded high-impact initiatives, lead hiring and onboarding processes, and played a key role in board engagement and strategic planning.  Her expertise in streamlining operations, managing large-scale projects, and fostering inclusive workplaces has made her a trusted project manager and advisor to leadership teams.  Whether managing executive communications, planning international retreats, or optimizing organizational systems, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every challenge, always striving to drive meaningful change.
