Caroline Anderson is a recent college graduate of Colgate University where she majored in International Relations and minored in Economics. As an undergraduate, Caroline became deeply interested and passionate about systemic human rights violations and specifically worked on anti-human trafficking and refugee rights campaigns. As a volunteer for an anti-trafficking nonprofit, Caroline worked with survivors to fundraise for safe houses and helped educate law enforcement on how to identify human trafficking and best work with survivors through a trauma informed lens. Caroline also researched with Colgate faculty through supporting a project that investigated the architecture of EU refugee camps and volunteered as a student paralegal to help those beneath the poverty line file for bankruptcy. In her free time, Caroline enjoys listening to podcasts, learning how to produce documentaries, and spending time outdoors.
