Accountability Counsel, along with a coalition of other groups throughout Latin America and beyond, registered our deep concerns with the latest revision of the Policy governing the Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB) accountability mechanism, the Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (ICIM).  Our comments (also available in Spanish) highlight the need for additional provisions to ensure the independence and accessibility of the mechanism.  Read more about the ICIM’s current policy review on our ICIM policy page.
